About Jenn Prothero Wellness

Based in Chatham in Southwest Ontario, Jenn Prothero has spent more than two decades guiding clients through deep healing and personal transformation. Through one-on-one sessions and immersive wellness retreats, her work supports the restoration of balance across the body, mind, and spirit, helping people move beyond stress, emotional weight, and long-held patterns that no longer serve them. Through the healing process, clients often experience a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and inner connection, creating meaningful and lasting shifts that allow them to feel more grounded, aligned, and fully themselves again.
